Permanent
Depending on the role and your needs, our fee, for a standard recruitment, is based
on around 10% of annual remuneration plus GST.
We also quote you a fixed amount. You pay whichever is less. This way, you
always know what the maximum fee will be.
A retainer of around 33% of the fee applies to advertised and search recruitment
assignments.
We invoice the retainer and advertising expenses at the start of the assignment,
and the account balance on agreed appointment. Terms are 30 days.
Contract & Casual
The fee for a candidate appointed for a contract or an undefined period expected
to be less than a year is around 11% of remuneration plus GST.
The fee is calculated daily and invoiced monthly (minimum fee $500 plus GST)
to a maximum of one year, after which the candidate becomes yours at no further
cost.
If you make the candidate permanent by paying a permanent appointment fee, we
credit fees paid to that date.
Remuneration
Remuneration includes base salary, super, the employee benefit part of a vehicle
(or allowance) and any other benefits of monetary value.
Expenses
We add expenses incurred with your prior approval (e.g. advertising, travel,
accommodation, medicals, psychological testing) at cost.
